Colin Hibbs

The final Colin Hibbs matches have now been played and it is my pleasure to announce that Warlingham Park are the 2017/2018 winners.
By early January, Purley Bury were in the lead with 14 points and Warlingham Park were second with 12 points. By the end of the season, that had reversed, Warlingham Park winning the league with 20 points and Purley Bury runners up with 18 points.
Congratulations to Brian Dymond and the Warlingham Park team who secured top place for the first time in my memory and to Dave Popejoy and the Purley Bury team for securing the runners up position.
Many thanks to all the participating clubs and team members without whom the Colin Hibbs League would not exist.
I have attached the Final League Table for display in your Clubhouse.
Within the next few weeks, I will be sending out the invitation letter for next season and hope you will all be able to confirm your involvement.

Good luck with Your 2018 Outdoor Season.
